  1. Shipping – The average ship time using ground shipping is 5 to 10 business days from the day you ordered. It can be less time, depending how far you live from the warehouse & what time of the year it is. At this time, we only ship in the continental USA. (48 States). During the peak holidays, Valentines day, Mothers day, Halloween & Christmas, we try to ship orders especially asap!
  2. Returns – Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final.
    Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as other customer’s protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
    Exchanges will only be accepted if item is defected or error in shipment.
    Shipping COST for returns and exchanges is at purchaser’s expense plus re-stocking fee depending which manufacturer, 20-25%.
  3.  All your personal info is kept confidential, we do not sell personal info to third parties!
  4.  All credit card information is encrypted and not kept on our servers, we do not have access to your credit card information.
  5.  If you receive an item that is clearly damaged, the box is dented badly, etc… please refuse it and if you can take a picture of the damaged box and notify us at once and send the picture to us that would be a great help to us and you, so we can put a claim in with the shipping carrier and get you out a new item to you asap!
  6.  If we have to refund you for any reason, it usually takes 1 to 7 business days between banks to see the money back in you account. It is done electronically between banks & we have no control over how fast it will take!
